Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use (to be confirmed), buy a course, or engage (to be confirmed), trading as Aura Volt Technology Services ("Aura Volt", "we"), for a service. By using the site or paying us, you agree to them.

1. Accounts

Give accurate details. Your certificate name is taken from your profile.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
One account per person. Do not share course access or joining links.

2. Courses

Fee and seat. Each course costs ₹5,000 for one seat in one monthly batch, as shown at checkout. Prices are set on our server; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
Dates. A batch's start date and timings are announced at least 7 days before the first session. We may reschedule an individual session for good reason, with notice.
Minimum size. A batch runs with at least 10 paid participants. If it does not run, you choose a full refund or a free transfer to the next month's batch.
Prerequisite. You confirm that you have completed the first year of an engineering degree.
Conduct. Be respectful in sessions. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session or shares paid content, without a refund.
Materials. Course materials are for your personal learning only. You may not copy, sell or publish them.
Certificates. We issue a certificate only at 80% attendance, as recorded by us. We may revoke a certificate that was obtained dishonestly.
Software. Unless we say otherwise, you are responsible for your own access to software such as MATLAB/Simulink.

3. Services

Quotes. Services are priced by written quote, valid for 15 days. The quote's scope, deliverables and timeline form the agreement.
Payment. A 50% advance (or the percentage shown on the quote) starts the work. The balance is due on delivery.
Your materials. You confirm that you have the right to share anything you send us. We keep it confidential.
Ownership. Once you have paid in full, deliverables made specifically for you belong to you. We keep the right to reuse our general know-how, tools and non-confidential templates.
Research integrity. Publication support covers guidance, editing and formatting of your own work. We do not write papers on anyone's behalf, provide or sell authorship, or guarantee acceptance. You remain responsible for your research and for following your institution's and publisher's rules.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card or UPI credentials. We issue a payment receipt; it is not a tax invoice. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Website use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape data, send spam, or upload harmful files. The site's content, logo and design belong to Aura Volt.

6. Liability

We teach and advise with care, but outcomes such as job offers, grades, project success or paper acceptance depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the course or service concerned.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
