Privacy Policy

2. What we collect

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 without a parent's or guardian's consent. Course participants are expected to be college students or graduates.

3. How we use it

To provide the courses and services you asked for, which is the purpose of your consent and our contract with you
To send transactional emails: receipts, joining links, reminders, certificates and quote updates
To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal and tax duties
With your separate consent only: occasional news about new courses. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

These providers act on our instructions:

Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.: payment processing
Supabase: database, login and file storage
Vercel: website hosting
Resend: sending emails
Zoom / Google: live sessions
Zoho: our business email

Some providers may store data outside India. When they do, we rely on their contractual safeguards. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Account and enrolment records: while your account is active, and then (to be confirmed)
Payment records: as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, generally 8 years
Certificate verification records: kept so that certificates stay verifiable, unless you ask us to withdraw them

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login and security. (to be confirmed). You can block cookies in your browser, but login will not work without the essential ones.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

give you a summary of the data we hold about you
correct or complete your data
erase your data (unless the law requires us to keep it)
withdraw consent
name someone to exercise these rights for you

Write to the Grievance Officer below. We reply within (to be confirmed). If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Security

Access is limited, payment secrets are never stored, materials and certificates sit in private storage with short-lived links, and data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
